Spring Sprint – 5K Run/Walk and 1 Mile Fun Run
Spring Sprint,a 5K Run/Walk and a 1 Mile Fun Run, will be held on Saturday, March 24th. The race is sponsored by St. Timothy’s School and will benefit Marshall Taylor, a fourth grade student at St. Timothy’s School. Marshall and his parents, Phil and Susan Taylor, attend St. Timothy’s Church. Marshall is in need of a kidney transplant due to bilateral kidney disease. Race proceeds will benefit Marshall Taylor’s family through the National Transplant Assistance Fund. This organization is a 501c3 non-profit organization that provides assistance to transplant and catastrophic injury patients. St. Timothy’s Spring Sprint will start and end under the balloon arch in the school parking lot. The course winds through the hilly North Hills neighborhood and ends back in the school’s parking lot. We expect to have more than 600 participants.
