Adult Bible Study: The Mass

Posted by Webwright June 13, 2011 under Bible Study, Church News

The Adult Bible Study on Wednesdays at 7 PM in the Parlor goes from Bible Study to Book Study. The book we will study is The Mass: The Glory, the Mystery, the Tradition. Since our Prayer Book clearly states that the Holy Eucharist is “the principal act of Christian worship of the Lord’s Day and other major Feasts”, we should know why and what it’s all about. This book study will help us learn more about this service that we call The Eucharist, The Mass, The Lord’s Supper and Holy Communion. A Movie Night will take place instead of the Book Study on July 6th. For more information, contact Mary D’Rozario at marykddrozario@mindspring.com or 919-306-2907.
