Every Member Canvass Update

Posted by Webwright January 28, 2012 under Church News

“Thank you!” to everyone who has committed to pledge to Saint Timothy’s for 2012. It is essential that our pledged income supports our budget so that we are able to provide the same number of personnel and the same programs as we have for the past number of years. If you have yet to pledge, you may pick up a pledge card in the narthex, complete it, and place it in the alms basin at the offertory.

Workshop on the Eucharist

Posted by Webwright under Church News, Courses

Please mark your calendars for our Workshop on the Eucharist on January 29th and 30th. The workshop will be conducted in three sessions by Bill Ryon, a layman from the Washington, DC area and a member of St. Paul’s parish in Washington. The purpose of the workshop is to learn more about how Christ is truly present in the Eucharist and to gain more of an understanding about how our worship on Sunday, with the Eucharist at its center, relates to Christ’s presence in us and how it affects our actions. The three sessions will be held at 4 PM and 7 PM on Sunday and at 7 PM on Monday. Dinner will be provided between the sessions on Sunday.
