The following Services of Holy Communion will be held on Sunday, December 24th:

9:00 AM - Advent IV

5:30 PM - The Nativity of Our Lord - Family Service with Christmas Pageant

11:00 PM - The Nativity of Our Lord - Solemn Mass

The Children of the Church School will be presenting A Christmas Pageant at the 5:30PM Christmas Eve Service. Please join us.

The Youth Group will celebrate with their annual Christmas party this evening! The party begins at 4:00PM and lasts until 7:00PM. We will make pizzas and cookies, have a gingerbread house contest and play Christmas Trivia. Please remember to bring a five to ten dollar gift for the gift exchange and candies to decorate the gingerbread houses.

There will not be a Communion Service at 10:30 AM this Wednesday, December 13th. The School’s Christmas Pageant is being performed then. Please come and see the Christmas Pageant at that time.

This year the Fourth Sunday of Advent falls on Christmas Eve. As a result, we will have the regular 9:00 AM Service on Sunday, December 24th and then decorate the church from about 10:00 AM until we have it completed. We will need many hands to hang the greens, set up the Christmas Creche, put lights on the trees and do everything else we need to do to be ready for that evening. The more hands we have from the little elves, the faster the work will go and the better it will look. If we can count on you to help, please place your name on the poster outside the Parish Office. Each year people give poinsettias to help decorate the church at Christmas. These flowers are given either in thanksgiving for blessings received, in memory of departed loved ones, or in honor of someone special or a special event. The names will appear in the Christmas Eve bulletin. If you would like to purchase a poinsettia or poinsettias for this purpose, please complete the form enclosed in the weekly bulletin and either place it in the alms basin at the Offertory or return it to the Parish Office by December 18th. Additional forms are also available in the narthex.
