Calling All Graduates

April 27th, 2007 by Webwright

Each spring we like to recognize and pray for all those graduating from high school or college or receiving an advanced degree. If you are graduating or are the parent of a person who is graduating from high school, graduating from college or are completing an advanced degree in May, would you please give the name to Father James or Father Caldwell? We like to have the institution from where the person is graduating and, if he or she is going on to college, the name of that college or university. It is important to recognize these accomplishments and to give God thanks for such blessings. We will have all the graduates in the Sunday bulletin on May 13th.

Annual Chicken Barbecue

April 10th, 2007 by Webwright

We look forward to the Men’s Fellowship Annual Chicken Barbecue on Friday, April 20th. For those who have enjoyed the barbecue in years past, you know that this is something to mark on your calendars. The secret recipe is locked away all year, and then, on the evening of April 19th, we will start the process of slow cooking this delicious meal. Lunch and dinner will be served at the church complete with “fixin’s”. Please plan to bring your family to enjoy a meal with us, or take home a meal and share it with friends.
