Traditions Are Honored Service

October 27th, 2007 by Webwright

As part of the Fiftieth Anniversary Year Celebration of our Parochial School, we will honor the school’s past and present leaders with a service of Evensong on Sunday, November 4th at 3:00 PM. The parish members are encouraged to celebrate the past leaders and give thanks for the fifty years of witness made by our own St. Timothy’s School. At the beginning of the service we will also bless a stained glass window given by the Hale family. Our church choir under the direction of Dr. Patricia Warren will sing the traditional anthems, and we will enjoy singing hymns that have become some of the favorites in our parish and our school.

News From The Craft Buddies

October 24th, 2007 by Webwright

Elizabeth McKeathern and Susan Patton are at it again! We had so much fun with all of you who came to our workshop that we want to have a little more fun, and everyone is invited. We are planning a “crop” on the morning of Saturday, November 3rd. We want to welcome everyone to come and bring a craft project you are currently working on or want to work on. You will have plenty of space to spread out and several hours to work, and it is a great time to socialize with other crafty people and see what they are working on. For now, we need to find out who is interested, so check out the poster in the Parish Hall and sign up if you would like to come.
