The next ECW meeting will be Tuesday, March 11th at 7 PM in the Church Parlor. We will be finalizing details for the Easter Reception and looking ahead to our spring activities. We will also be discussing Chapter 8 of our book, Having a Mary Heart in a Martha World by Joanna Weaver. A light supper will be provided. All ladies of the parish are welcome to join us. We hope to see you there!
The Vestry will hold its regular monthly meeting Thursday, March 27th at 6:30 PM in the Church Parlor.
There has been some interest expressed in starting a family fellowship group with parents and children. If you and your family are interested, please contact Cathy Elsea at 846-8114 or dselsea1@aol.com.
All parishioners should bring a lawn chair and join the Youth Group to watch the movie Amazing Grace about William Wilberforce, an anti-slavery pioneer, who wrote the hymn by the same name. We will see the movie on the large screen in the Parish Hall, and there will be no admission fee. The Youth Group will be selling pizza and light refreshments. This is a movie that will appeal to all ages and offers a great opportunity to come together during Lent and spend time with fellow parishioners.
