Men’s Fellowship February Meeting
The Men’s Fellowship will meet on Sunday, February 12th after the 11 AM service in the parlor.
Youth Group February Meeting
The Youth Group will meet on Sunday, February 5th from 4 to 5 PM. Dinner will not be served. The shortened time is to allow members to see the entire Super Bowl if they wish.
North Raleigh Ministries Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting of North Raleigh Ministries will be held on Thursday, February 2nd from 6 PM until 7:30 PM at Saint Mark’s Methodist Church on Six Forks Road.
Vestry Annual Retreat
The Vestry will hold its Annual Retreat on Saturday, February 4th. As part of their retreat, they will try to schedule as many events as they can through 2012. If your organization has a date for which an event needs to be scheduled, please e-mail that date to Debbie Nicholas in our Parish Office at dnicholas@sttimothys.org.
Every Member Canvass Update
“Thank you!” to everyone who has committed to pledge to Saint Timothy’s for 2012. It is essential that our pledged income supports our budget so that we are able to provide the same number of personnel and the same programs as we have for the past number of years. If you have yet to pledge, you may pick up a pledge card in the narthex, complete it, and place it in the alms basin at the offertory.
Letters of First and Second Peter
The Adult Bible Study will continue its study of The Letters of First and Second Peter on Wednesday, January 25th at 7 PM in the parlor. Please bring your Bible and join us for the study of these letters to the church in which we are to examine the place of “holy living” in the life of the Christian, the demands of Christian discipleship, the place of “elders” in the Church and the call to humility and endurance.
Diocesan Convention 2012
Our delegates to the Diocesan Convention (Kathryn Carroll, Donald Reale, Jim Caldwell and Denise Vreeland) will attend the convention on Friday, January 20th and Saturday, January 21st. Please keep them in your prayers as they represent our parish in conducting the “business of the Church”. An alternate will stand in for Jim Caldwell as he is unable to attend.

The Vestry will hold its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, January 19th at 6:30 PM in the parlor.
January Pastoral Care Committee Meeting
The Pastoral Care Committee will hold its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, January 19th at 3:30 PM in the parlor.
